Our Story

Founded in 2018, LaConfirmation was born out of a simple observation: Moroccan e-commerce businesses were struggling with high rates of failed deliveries and returns, primarily due to lack of proper order confirmation and follow-up.

Our founder, having worked in both e-commerce and logistics sectors, recognized that a dedicated call center service focusing specifically on order confirmation could dramatically improve delivery success rates.

What started as a small team of 5 dedicated professionals has now grown to over 50 multilingual agents serving more than 200 e-commerce businesses across Morocco.
